STARGATE is managed and directed from its head office in Brussels, Belgium. The Board of Directors which sits regularly ensures that the company continues to pursue and achieve its goals. The operational activities are at various offices across the globe where we have our business associates in place.

STARGATE is audited annually by independent external auditors. The audit results are then reviewed accordingly. This reviews the half-year and full-year results and the annual financial statements prior to their submission to the Board. It also receives annual appraisals from the business units and the internal auditors with regard to the adequacy of risk management and the status of the control environment across the Family of Companies. This includes sustainability, risk and performance management. 

The OPERATIONS division of STARGATE EBCG covers a group of offsite global activities marketing, mining, building, community development, shipping, import, and export. These activities are often conducted via the following entities: STARGATE CIMENT SARL (DRC), STARGATE ANGOLA, STARGATE FRANCE, BESIX, and ALLEN BUSINESS CONSULTANTS (USA).
